Our plant of the week this week is Hibiscus, a tropical flower great for the heat of summer.

Did you know? Most hibiscus flowers bloom for only a single day. They open in the morning and wilt by late afternoon, though the plant produces new blooms all season.

There are Hardy Hibiscus varieties sometimes called “Dinner Plate” hibiscus, because they grow massive flowers that can reach up to 12 inches in diameter! Check out the video to learn more!
